What you share with us

When you submit an enquiry or book a call, we collect your name, email address, phone number, selected service, and any company or project information you choose to provide. Bookings also include your selected time and timezone. We may record the page and campaign tags associated with your submission to understand how you found us.

How we use your information

We save enquiries and bookings in our CRM so our team can respond, prepare for your call, manage appointments, and discuss relevant services with you. Submitting a form does not sign you up to an unrelated newsletter.

Booking information

Your confirmation is stored in your browser’s session storage so you can review it on the thank-you page. A private management link lets you reschedule or cancel your appointment. Keep that link private. Session storage is cleared when your browser session ends; download your calendar event or save your management link if you need it later.

Access and retention

Enquiry information is available to authorised members of our team and the service providers needed to operate our website and CRM. We retain it as needed to handle your enquiry, provide agreed services, and meet applicable obligations. Please contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion.

Your choices

You can choose not to submit a form and contact us directly instead. You may ask us to stop contacting you about an enquiry by writing to info@influencioads.com.
